HDMA’s Iasiello Honored with Northwood Aftermarket Management Education Award

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – November 4, 2009 -- Mark Iasiello, vice president, Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) was one of eight leaders honored by Northwood University with its annual Aftermarket Management Education Award on Nov. 3 during their annual luncheon, held during AAPEX in Las Vegas, Nev.

The Northwood Aftermarket Management Education Award is given to individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to education, inside or outside of the motor vehicle industry. The award is recognition of substantial dedication over a number of years to the educational process and the aftermarket industry.

An active leader in the heavy-duty industry, Iasiello is a past member of the Heavy Business Duty Forum, the Council of Fleet Specialists, the Truck Maintenance Council and the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association. Iasiello also served as an AWDA Financial Statistics and Research Committee chair. An advocate for professional education, Iasiello has coordinated the education program for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week since 2006.
